Ayurvedic Milk for Sound Sleep
Drinking a cup of warm milk at bedtime induces sound natural sleep especially during changing of seasons. Depending on your constitution (dosha) you can spice it up accordingly which further balances your dosha.
Vata: Add nutmeg, dry ginger, and saffron
Pitta: Add turmeric, cardamom, saffron and ghee
Kapha: Use rice milk, dry ginger, and cinnamon
Tri Doshic: Add 1/2 tsp of our Kapha Tea in milk
